Arper has been designing tables and chairs for offices, private homes and public places since 1989. With renowned designers, the brand creates minimalist furniture with a focus on comfort, technology and innovation. Arper evolved from a leather processing company. As a result, it specialised in leather seating from the outset. Later, the range of products and choice of materials expanded, resulting in timeless designer furniture. Arper is known for beautiful, comfortable and timeless design chairs. With its collection of designer furniture, the Italian brand aims to enhance everyone's quality of life by striving for high quality, maximum safety and attention to the environment. The Arper collection offers solutions for chairs and tables that make everyone's living environment more pleasant.
Minimalist comfort
More style and more comfort, both in the office and at home: that is Arper's motto. According to Arper, everything is constantly changing: life, culture, technology. That is why every design is a balance between technique, cost, material, function, taste and sustainability. Yet the result is always simple, natural shapes in a minimalist style.
Collaborations with renowned designers
Starting in 2004, Arper collaborated with designer Rodolfo Dordoni resulting in the famous Corte chair. Arper later collaborated with Jean-Marie Massaud, who created the Aston collection in 2006, and the Babar chair was created in the same year with Simon Pengelly. The absolute bestseller from Arper is the Catifa chair, which was designed by Lievore Altherr Monlina. There are now about 46 different models and variants. Arper won the iF Design Award 2015 with Catifa.
