CTRL-F is a specialist in matching applicants and companies in the IT, engineering and finance sectors. They use a personal approach to make the recruitment phase as smooth and efficient as possible.

The focus is mainly on the higher technical profiles that have been very popular lately and therefore it is more difficult to find suitable candidates. CTRL-F is a subsidiary of the umbrella group House of HR, which was founded from Accent.

CTRL-F came to us for comprehensive advice for their head office in Melle. On the one hand, inspiration for the design was taken from the design of the Accent Group, which is already a customer of ours. Their offices are decorated with, for example, the Bivo Active, Bivo electric bench and the ABV partition walls. On the other hand, there was also a completely new approach for CTRL-F. In particular, longer conference tables , which facilitate personal interaction, were an important focus for their office design. Mainly neutral colors such as white, black and gray tones were used as color tones. Buro International ensured that the head office in Melle was transformed into a modern and relaxing environment.
