Shipping methods
For the shipment of goods in the Benelux we use either our own delivery service or the delivery services of DPD, Meubellogistiek De Pestel, Griffioen Transport or the delivery services of our suppliers. Shipments outside the Benelux can be made on request.
Shipping speed and delivery terms
The shipping speed and delivery time depends on the type of product and the availability of the products. Some products can be shipped directly from our suppliers, other products are normally shipped from our warehouse in Tielt within 14 days. Our customer service department will contact you to arrange the delivery time for this.
Shipping costs
Orders online are delivered unassembled and free to your door in Belgium when the value of the order is €25 or more, while orders of less than €25 have a shipping cost of €6.95 (excl. VAT). The shipping cost of unassembled deliveries to Luxembourg and the Netherlands (regardless of value) is €19.95 (excl. VAT).
Assembled deliveries in Belgium are possible at the following rates:
- Delivery on the ground floor : €75 (excl. VAT)
- Delivery upstairs : €115 (excl. VAT) (without furniture elevator)
- Delivery with furniture elevator: price on request
- Delivery outside Belgium : price on request
Processing time and order deadline
The processing of an online or offline order depends on the type of product and its availability. Orders placed before 4 p.m. during office hours can be processed on the same working day.
Additional shipping options
Products can be ordered either assembled or unassembled and can be delivered to ground floor or first floor as well as outside Belgium (unassembled deliveries only). For more information on these or other shipping options please contact support@buro.odoo.com.
You've entered the wrong shipping address?
Please send an email to support@buro.odoo.com as soon as possible. In some cases we can still change the address before the shipment is processed. We will contact you. However, we may have to charge you for shipping again.
Change or cancel your order
Please email support@buro.odoo.com as soon as possible. In some cases the order may have already been processed. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the order can still be changed. We will contact you and see what solution we can propose.
